Neil Fell Mazda MX5 No Spare Wheel

I am writing to show my appreciation of your straightforward professional service.

As you will no doubt recall I assisted my daughter in sourcing her dream car a Mazda MX5 which we finally bought from Oakwoods in March 2010.

You described the car over the phone with a walkaround description and we agreed the purchase price subject to me seeing the car in the flesh.

Surprisingly the car was just as you described if anything you were over pedantic in pointing out what were only minor blemishes and this is coming from a car and motorcycle enthusiast regarded as a somewhat of a FUSSY OLD GIT!!!

I had a long journey to visit Oakwoods but it was worthwhile to see a car which was just as described. So of course we paid for the MX5 there and then and drove it home using the free one weeks comprehensive insurance you had provided.

However I had noted that the spare wheel tyre inflator and puncture sealant was absent at point of collection. I was not worried about this as the car was still cracking good value. Once home I changed my mind and fancied the original MX5 kit but to my amazment it was £300 from Mazda! I phoned to see if you had another kicking around you did not but you offered to try and source one..... I did not expect to see it and was not worried so I bought a suitable yet inexpensive compressor and sealant.

You can imagine my surprise when you phoned to check the delivery address for the pukka Mazda kit which we now have. Well done and thank you very much my delight that you have not only remembered but delivered is worth more to me than the value of the kit.

Incidentally this was the first car I saw but I had thoroughly researched prices. Great condition as described and great value and very easy.

I have been very happy to do business with someone who is not only professional and helpful but from my experience a genuine guy.
